All electronics are packaged in special foam fitted molded casings and factory packaged in two boxes to ensure safe protected shipping. All shipping costs and insurance is included in the price of the product. Should you receive a damaged box do not accept and advised UPS or Fed Ex to return to sender.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final unless there is a defective product.
All amplifiers have a 3-year warranty for all consumers and a 5-year warranty if sold and installed by a vetted authorized professional technical company that follows all instructions for power requirements and proper cooling and ventilation.
We recommend you keep the box and packaging the amplifier is shipped in. If you have an amplifier that needs to be repaired, please return it with a clear copy of the sales slip to DAS Audio Service Department, 6900 NW 52nd Street, Miami, Florida 33166. Please write a simple note with the following information: Your name, return shipping address, a brief description of the problem you are reporting with the product, and your e-mail. Once the repair is completed you will be notified with tracking and whether the product was covered under warranty of if there is an invoice due prior to shipping.
